Whether you have trick-or-treaters at home or are looking for a party for grown-up goblins and ghouls, we’ve curated a list of local Halloween events taking place at the end of October.

Halloween Open Skate | Thursday, Oct. 26 | 6:30-9 p.m. | Rollerdome | $5 | Join River City Roller Derby for a night of skating, costume contests, games, and music by School of Rock Short Pump.

Squirrel-O-Ween | Friday, Oct. 27 | 5:30-8:30 p.m. | The Diamond | Free | Enjoy trick-or-treating, hayrides, costume contests, music, and more fun for the whole family.

Scary-oke Night | Friday, Oct. 27 | 7-10 p.m. | Starr Hill Beer Hall & Rooftop | Free entry | Wear your costume and get ready to belt at this spooky sing-along.

Spooky Storytime | Saturday, Oct. 28 | 11 a.m. | bbgb | Free, register | Head to the Carytown store for a reading, crafts, and treats as part of Scarytown.

Halloween Bash | Saturday, Oct. 28 | 12-10 p.m. | Benchtop Brewing | Free entry | Come for costume contests, games, a Halloween beer release, and beats by J. Kirven starting at 7 p.m.

Richmond Zombie Walk | Saturday, Oct. 28 | 1-4 p.m. | Carytown | Free, donations encouraged| Whether you’re joining the procession or just want to witness the undead excitement, this annual parade will benefit the American Cancer Society.

18th Annual Halloween Parade | Tuesday, Oct. 31 | 7 p.m. | Monroe Park | Free | Join All the Saints Theater Company in a funeral march for time through Oregon Hill.
