Celebrate Arbor Day RVA with Reforest Richmond

National Arbor Day may be in April, but Richmond celebrates a week-long version of the holiday in the fall — after all, it’s a great time to plant trees.

Local nonprofit Reforest Richmond has gathered a variety of events hosted by groups around the 804 to celebrate ArborDayRVA, which officially runs from Friday, Oct. 20 until Sunday, Oct. 29.

Here are a few highlights:

  • The Kickers finished up their regular season with a championship + a broken record.
