A new gym is opening in Northside on Sunday, May 21. Moore Than Fitness says it is designed for fitness newbies and people who may be intimidated by more traditional gyms. The launch party will have a group fitness class, raffles, and food by The Kitchen Magician.
Lindsey Food Group has another concept on the way, this time on Broad Street in the former Pies & Pints space. Rams House will have a sports bar vibe while celebrating all things VCU. It could be open as soon as June. (Richmond BizSense)

Henrico County is using $52.5 million to fund its portion of the Fall Line Trail, the upcoming 43-mile-long trail that will cover seven localities. The trail will go through 7.5 miles of Henrico, from around Bryan Park to Woodman Road at the Hanover County line. (ABC 8News)

Here’s a refresher: A previous study from the Greater Washington Partnership identified four potential options for North-South BRT. There’s one line going north and three options going south.
