Invite some fresh air and new friends into your fitness routine. Richmond has plenty of local run clubs treading through the city, but we narrowed down a few to help you get your stride in step, even if you just want to try it out once.

My unwritten rule of Richmond: Stray cats + store cats are the backbone of this city. Store cats have been a local norm for quite some time — take Hero the cat (seen below) as an example, dating back to 1987.
Circling back to current times, we added a regal photo of one of Richmond’s most renowned store cats to our unwritten rules guide. We wouldn’t mind if she made all the rules, but for now, let’s hear yours.
