Have you ever wondered what would happen if you walked in a straight line around the world from Richmond? Wonder no longer, wanderer.
Let us introduce you to LatLon Connect, an online tool that allows users to explore cities across the world that share the same latitude and longitude.
What we found
In our search, we stuck with the default settings, looking for places with 100,000+ people with a buffer zone of 6.21 miles (that’s 10 kilometers).
Dozens of results popped up, with the most populated city lying on the other side of the globe: Seoul, the capital city of South Korea (pictured above). Over 26 million people call its metro area home.
Play ball. It’s Opening Week at CarMax Park, and while tomorrow’s kick-off game is sold out, there are still plenty of individual game tickets available this week. Keep in mind: Most sections require you to select seats, like in a movie theater, so you might want to rally your party to order together.
Mansion Monday
A 1910 townhouse is up for sale in the Fan, made by the same designer behind Altria Theater. The history is best seen in the details. If you caught a glimpse of the home in passing, would you guess it had seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a rooftop deck? Maybe.

Where do you want to see a Little Free Library in Richmond? This Reddit post in r/ShowerThoughts considers that one of the best locations may be inside an airport. In that case, I’d also propose one at the Broad Street DMV. Share your suggestions.
