What is a fruit cream sando?
It’s a Japanese dessert sandwich — Furūtsu Sando—consisting of white milk bread, whipped cream, vanilla custard, and fruit. The playful treat has become a trendy staple found in Japanese convenience stores like 7-Eleven.
Canopy Bobaluxe opened several months ago, but the sandos are new to the menu.
