We’re just six months away from the opening of Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU’s Wonder Tower — but the hospital still needs the community’s support to make it happen.

Set to open spring 2023, the Wonder Tower will be the new home for pediatric inpatient, emergency + trauma care. Especially designed for kids, the 500,000-sqft hospital will combine world-class care with playful, child-focused touches to help kids still feel like kids (even during some of their toughest moments). 💛

The one-of-a-kind facility will include:

  • New operating rooms and imaging capacity
  • State-of-the-art equipment
  • Emergency department space
  • All private rooms + family amenities
  • Expert team of physicians and caregivers

The hospital’s 16 stories will incorporate additional unique touches in a space that will be a home away from home for some kids. This includes a 3-story indoor garden, play rooms, a performance room, a multi-faith chapel, and a Ronald McDonald House.

Donate to the Wonder Tower to ensure thoughtful, specialized care for Richmond’s littlest ones.*
