Gumenick Properties plans to add 300 more apartments to the Libbie Mill Midtown area of Henrico County. There are currently ~1,500 people living there with 95% of residences occupied, according to the developers. (Richmond Times-Dispatch)

Next year’s Folk Festival is already on the calendar, and it’ll be two weeks earlier than normal to avoid falling on Yom Kippur. The 2024 event — also the festival’s 20th anniversary — will take place the weekend of Sept. 27-29.
