“When you’re an Ivy, you’re part of something so much bigger than yourself,” the team’s manifesto reads.
Rep the Ivy
Last year, Richmond Ivy SC joined the sports scene as RVA’s only pre-professional women’s soccer team. It didn’t take long for the Ivy to grow on the hearts of fans.
The team’s inaugural, sold-out opener drew 6,000+ fans to City Stadium in 2024, and the same energy is expected this year.
To young people, and young girls in particular, Richmond Ivy is a game-changer; the dream of one day scoring or saving a goal in front of thousands of hometown fans is now a reality that feels closer than ever.
