Daisy’s at Tredegar is the newest restaurant to join our coming-soon list. Attached to The Foundry at Historic Tredegar, this spot will neighbor Allianz Theater and Richmond’s growing riverside scene. The team hopes to cater to nighttime social crowds as well as working folks taking lunch breaks downtown. (CBS 6)
State
A ban on Styrofoam for Virginia food vendors with 20 or more locations will begin Tuesday, July 1. This is part of a multi-step law that went into effect in 2023 in an effort to reduce the use of expanded polystyrene. Companies that fail to comply will be fined $50 for each day the violation continues. (3WTKR)
