60 minutes. That’s how much daylight will be lost in Richmond during the month of August as the sun progressively rises later and sets earlier. We recommend taking advantage of the daylight while you have it by hitting a local trail. (AccuWeather)

The Wrap

The Give 804 campaign for student literacy kicked off at the beginning of the month, and it has already garnered $20,000 in donations according to the campaign newsletter — a stellar start to its $50,000 goal.

Remember, if you’re able to donate books, visit this map to find a drop-off location near you. I’m thinking of bringing a haul to Cafe Zata in Manchester and grabbing a coffee while I’m there.
