CoStar Center for Arts and Innovation

Completion: 2027
Curious about the construction site at the corner of Broad + Belvidere? That’s VCU’s developing arts and innovation center, a soon-to-be hub for arts, opera, tech, theater, gaming — you name it.
The building will span seven stories and 209,000 sqft. Check out the conceptual design.
This “living building” will implement the use of solar power and rainwater harvesting, among other sustainable efforts.
