Can you lend a helping hand in the city this weekend?

The holiday season is long gone, but the helping spirit will be alive and well this weekend in Richmond.

The city’s Inaugural Day of Service is on Saturday, Jan. 11. This is a collaboration effort between the city and numerous local nonprofits to provide range of resources in areas of need.

This is taking place all across the city, meaning there are 100+ open volunteer slots for projects. Sign-ups are available online for these services and many require pre-registration.

Not sure where to join? We’ve done some research to make sure everyone can help out this weekend.
