From reporting potholes and missed trash pickups to trail issues, RVA 311 is here to help address non-emergency situations in Richmond.

The team at RVA 311 receives and routes requests to numerous city agencies, including Public Works, Public Utilities, Social Services, Finance, Code Enforcement, and more.

There are three ways to get help:

  • Call 3-1-1 or 804-646-7000 to talk to a Citizen Service Representative.
  • Submit requests through the online portal.
  • Download the smartphone app.
