Movies on the Island: “Beetlejuice” | Friday | 6 p.m. | Brown’s Island | $5 | See the ghost with the most under the stars.

Boo Drive Thru | Friday | 6 p.m. | Dorey Park | Free | No registration is required for this all-ages adventure.

Squirrel-O-Ween Movie Night | Friday | 6:30 p.m. | The Diamond | Free | Kids can participate in a costume contest + watch “Scoob!” on the field.

Halloween Spooktacular Family Concert | Saturday | 11 a.m. | Carpenter Theatre | $10+ | Halloween fun with the Richmond Symphony for the whole family.

Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Contest | Saturday | 11 a.m.-2 p.m. | Brambly Park, 1708 Belleville St. | Free | The contest will benefit Richmond SPCA.

16th Annual Richmond Zombie Walk | Saturday | 1-4 p.m. | Carytown | Free | Bring a donation for The American Cancer Society.

Toxic Moxie Halloween Party | Friday | 8 p.m. | City Beach RVA, 2416 W. Cary St. | $5 | The synth-pop punk-rockers will play with Magic Wand + Deli Kings.

Official Halloween Bar Crawl | Saturday | 3-11 p.m. | Various locations | $30+ | Register for the venue list + get access to discounts throughout the night.

Nightmare on Broad Street | Saturday | 9 p.m. | Sonora, Switch, and NAMA on Broad St. | $10+ | Explore 3 venues of monster madness at this costume-required block party.

Halloween Party | Saturday | 9 p.m. | Slingshot Social Game Club, 3301 W. Clay St. | Free entry | The rager will feature a costume contest, raffles, and happy hour specials.

Tommy’s Express: Tunnel of Terror | Friday-Sunday | 6-10 p.m. | Tommy’s Express Car Wash, 7048 Forest Hill Ave. | $25 | You’ll get spooked + your car will leave looking boo-tiful.

Eerie Nights Walking Ghost Tour | Friday + Saturday | 8 p.m. | 17 St. Farmers Market | $16 | Period-dressed guides will lead you through historic + haunted sites.

Spooky Sunday Triple Feature | Sunday | 2 p.m. | The Byrd Theatre | $5 per film | See “The Last Man on Earth,” “House on Haunted Hill,” and “Night of the Living Dead” at 2, 4, and 6 p.m.

Haunted Richmond Ride: RVA Bike Month | Sunday | 5 p.m. | Byrd Park Carillon | Free | Costumes are encouraged for this ride to wrap up Bike Month.
