Yesterday we asked about the former name of Libby Hill Park.

~30% of respondents were right. The park was known as Marshall Square when it was acquired in the 1850s. It was among the initial properties to be acquired by Richmond Parks and Recreation, the first being Monroe Park — then known as Western Square.
