May is RVA Bike Month, which means there are dozens of cycling-centric events happening around town. This year’s celebration includes meetups, races, group rides, and a Beastie Boys-inspired theme — You Gotta Bike! For Your Right! (To Party).

These events wheely caught our eye:

  • Ramble Collective FTWNB Mountain Bike Ride | Wednesday, May 8 | 6-8 p.m. | Meet at Dogwood Dell
  • 6th Annual Pizza & Beer Ride | Monday, May 13 | 6 p.m. | Triple Crossing Beer – Fulton
  • Bike to Work Day | Friday, May 17
  • Murder, She Rode Mystery Ride | Sunday, May 19 | 2-4 p.m. | Location revealed upon registration
  • The Great Queer Bike Parade | Sunday, May 26 | 12-4 p.m. | Monroe Park/Smith Peters Park

Check out the full schedule to get more information about each event listed here and see dozens more.
