Get outside and meet new pals at Rollin’ on the River , a new weekly roller skating series on the Capital Trail. The event comes from a partnership between the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation, River City Roller Derby, and RVA Roll Patrol.

🛼 The details

The series will begin Wednesday, March 20 and continue weekly through April 24. Meet at 6 p.m. each week at the Wharf Street Tunnel Building. The group will go over the basics of trail skating and relevant guidelines before setting off at 6:30 p.m.

All experience levels are welcome, from never-been-on-skates to pros. Skaters under 18 need to be accompanied by a guardian. No one will be left behind on the group skate.

RVA Roll Patrol hosts meet-ups and group skates around the city.
